Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking & Lost Packages

  • If tracking has not updated for 20 business days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact us.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will replace or refund the order.

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please wait 5 business days before reaching out. We will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please send a photo of the defect for review.

  • You may choose a replacement or refund.

  • In some cases, you may keep the item as is and receive a 20% refund.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • If the shipping address provided was incorrect:

    • Customers may reorder with a 20% discount.

    • If the original package is returned to our warehouse, a full refund will be issued if a replacement order was placed. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.

  • If an address error was due to our warehouse, we will cover the costs of replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive the wrong item and its RRP is $50 or less, you may keep it.

  • If the item exceeds $50, we will arrange a return and provide a replacement or refund.

Warranty

  • We offer a 30 to 60-day warranty on our products.

Discount Code Adjustments

  • Discount codes can be applied after an order has been placed upon request.
