PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders ship from the US within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
TRACKING & LOST PACKAGES
You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 20 business days (US) or 45 days (international), please get in touch. Packages confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility. If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All products are covered for manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. To make a claim, email us your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos within 30 days, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for any confirmed fault. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage caused by washing or care are not covered.
VINYL RECORDS
Vinyl ships in purpose-built mailers designed to minimize transit damage. Records are delicate, and minor cosmetic wear — light corner dings, seam wear, or light sleeve creasing — can occur in the post. This is considered normal transit wear, does not affect playability, and is not covered by replacement or refund.
We will replace or refund any record that arrives warped, cracked, unplayable, or with damaged packaging beyond minor cosmetic wear. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the packaging and the damage. To reduce seam splits, records may be shipped with the vinyl outside the sleeve — this is intentional and not considered damage.
