Shipping Policy

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • All orders ship from the United States.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

TRACKING AND LOST PACKAGES

  • If tracking has not updated for 20 business days (US) or 45 days (international), please contact us.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but the package has not been received, please wait 5 business days before contacting us. Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • All products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing faults only.

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, customers must contact us within 30 days with:
    • order number
    • description of the issue
    • clear photos
  • If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by washing or care errors.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout:
    • Customers may reorder with a 20% discount.
    • If the original package is returned to the warehouse, store credit will be issued.
  • If an address error is caused by our warehouse, we will cover the full cost of replacement or refund.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

  • If the wrong item is received:
    • items with an RRP of $50 or less may be kept.
    • items over $50 will be collected and replaced or refunded.

VINYL RECORDS - SHIPPING AND DAMAGE POLICY

  • Vinyl records are shipped in purpose-built mailers designed to minimize transit damage. However, minor cosmetic damage such as light corner dings or sleeve crease can occur during shipping.

  • Minor cosmetic damage (including light corner dings, seam wear, or light sleeve creasing) is considered normal transit wear and does not qualify as a ddefect, as it does not affect playability.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
    • the vinyl itself is warped, cracked, or unplayable, orthe sleeve is severely damaged (for example, crushed or torn beyond normal handling wear)
    • All vinyl damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the packaging and damage.
    • Records may be shipped with the vinyl outside of the sleeve to reduce seam splits.
    • By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this shipping method.
    • We do not guarantee mint corners on vinyl sleeves due to the nature of postal handling.

DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
