How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Domestic (USA) delivery time: 4–8 days. International delivery times vary; estimated at checkout. Pre-orders, pre-sales, or other items as listed may take longer to dispatch. Duty and/or taxes may be due on orders delivered outside the USA and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at the first stage of checkout and click 'apply'. One discount code per order.

How do I use my gift card or store credit?
Enter the code at the second stage of checkout and click 'apply'.

Who pays for the duty fees and/or taxes on international shipments?
Duty and/or taxes may be due on orders delivered outside the USA and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the amount will be, as customs policies vary across countries.

Can I change my order?
We are unable to make changes to an order once it's been placed. You may cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet and place a new one.

What countries are available to have orders shipped to?
International shipping is available, please see list below. The rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
